Board of Directors
It consists of the FBDS founder companies and is the top decision-making body. Its principal role is to appoint the Advisory Council.

Advisory Council
Elected by the Board of Directors. Responsible for drafting the FBDS strategy and implementing the basic guidelines for running the organization. It works closely with the board of directors, and is also fundamental in furthering discussion and assessing the directions taken.

The current board, re-elected on June 19, 2006 for a two-year office, consists of:

This Council combines the solid business experience of the executives who have run some of the top corporations in Brazil, with their vast technical-scientific and even international expertise.  We believe that this profile adds value to the FBDS status, distinguishing it from other institutions.

FBDS Administration
Ongoing reports to the FBDS Advisory Council, and meetings every two months.

Is responsible for assessing and subsequent management of the projects and providing services. It operates on a collegiate basis, allocating the best internal and/or external resources available to each project. It is committed to ethics, quality, technical-scientific discipline, and agreed deadlines, always striving to give its clients the best solution.
